AquaCal allows you to return your heater within 30 days. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for returns. Additionally, any returns for any reason outside of a defective item, will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
AquaCal does guarantee that you will receive a fully functional, operating product that you paid for without any extra expenses incurred on your end. If a defective product is received, we will arrange pick up and replacement for the item.
Once you complete your checkout using your preferred payment method, you will be sent an order confirmation.
Order confirmations will be sent via email, and you can select to have confirmations sent to your phone via SMS.
After your order is placed, we will authorize payment from your payment method and reserve your unit.
If there are issues regarding your order - we will contact you immediately to resolve it.
We can hold units as long as you like to if you have specific delivery dates, or we can upgrade you to expedited shipping if you need it within a specific time frame. Orders can be cancelled for a refund any time before the unit ships out to you.
